Cleanable strainer baskets or filter bag baskets.
Mesh linings in baskets.
Inner baskets for dual-stage straining or filtering.
Carbon steel, 304 or 316 stainless steel housing.
Four gasket materials: buna-n, ethylene propylene, viton, and teflon.
Shorter (15") baskets instead of standard (30").

Many materials are used in the construction of filter leaves and media, including: stainless steel, monel, nickel, carpenter 20, hastelloy, titanium, plastic, or whatever your application requires. Corrosion is a filters worst enemy and its potential effect on the filter and components must be considered from the start. Filter cloths, if needed, are available in metal, cotton, or synthetic fabrics in a multitude of wave patterns and porosities.
